LE FOURNIL DE SÉBASTIEN CELEBRATES LES ROIS (THREE KINGS DAY)

For Three Kings Day (6th January), we make the traditional Galette des Rois, from 31st December to mid-January. The Galettes are filled with frangipane, but we also make them with a frangipane and apple filling (serves 8). A small stone figurine (called ‘fève’) is hidden inside the cake.

During this period we also make crown-shaped  brioches (serves 6 ), inside which you will also find the traditional fève, just like the ones in the Galettes.
